The night after we picked Brian up from the airport, Douglas was set apart for the Arequipa, Peru mission. I loved something that his Stake President said during the blessing... "Don't measure the success of your mission by the number of baptisms you have but by the joy you feel while serving." Elder Weaver will be an incredible missionary. We will miss you Douglas!
