James Homecoming

James took a darling girl named Rachel Gillespie to Brighton's Homecoming Dance. Rachel's mom made her dress. Isn't it gorgeous?! Isn't SHE gorgeous?!

The Mansells let us host 10 couples in their home for dinner and dessert. THANK YOU MANSELLS! We set the tables up out on their back porch.

We made Caesar salads to start.

Chef Jim was hard at work. He is the MASTER!

Luscious Fillets covered in a demi glaze with Parmesan mashed potatoes. It was HEAVENLY!

Chocolate fountain for dessert. MMMMMMMMM!

James and his friends ended up having a blast that night. But I think Jim and I had more fun doing this for them. Even the 2 hours worth of dishes was worth it. :)
