Got Milk?

Nick is MILKING his broken leg for all it's worth! :) He has received a TON of treats (including a yummy homemade chocolate pie from Nana) and has had a bunch of visitors. Today, he even received a cookie bouquet from Arkansas! Thanks so much everyone! It has really helped to cheer his spirits. Nick hasn't been able to move much since it happened and is going a little stir crazy. Since the break we have taken Nick in to the doctor twice, but we've just been sent home until the swelling in his leg goes down. The good news...Nick's cast will be below the knee rather than his whole leg as we originally thought. As of now, we have another appointment on Monday

Football update: Although Nick is most likely out for the season, he was placed on a team with a bunch of his buddies. Once he gets his cast he will attend all of the practices to help shag balls and learn plays. Nick is excited to get out on the field again. Thanks again for all of your support!
